I phoned on the day to book an appointment and they managed to fit me in hassle free, with no waiting. The service was really personable and I was offered tea, coffee and biscuits. My hairdresser answered any questions I had and gave some great advice. Best of all, he was really competent and gave me a great cut whilst making sure I would catch my train.
Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be going again.
Would also suggest taking advantage of brilliant deals on the website (e.g. 50% off)
