- Chris Blackburn Review added: 2018.11.11★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I live on a RAF Married quarter estate, and as such we need to book in couriers for deliveries. On the morning of the delivery we were called by "Dan" who asked us to book them on to the site, which we did. 30 minutes before the delivery time, we were called again this time by "Peter" the driver. He told us he was at the car park by the front gate and could one of us go and meet him to collect the parcel. We refused to do this, as the company has been paid to deliver the parcel to my door and the company had been booked onto the site, there was no reason why the driver could not access our home. The front gate is less than 5 minute drive from our married quarter, but it wasn't until 45 minutes later that the driver finally appeared in our street. I tried to make a joke about the size of his truck compared to the size of the parcel and all he said was "Well you could have had it sooner if you'd have just met me at the gate". Asked me to sign for the package then walked off as I was saying thank you.
