Description
The garage is owned and managed by Paul Grainger who is time served in mechanical engineering. He has been self-employed in the automotive industry since 1979 and specialises in repairs and reconditioning of manual and automatic gearboxes, axles, differentials and overdrive units.
At Lagonda Garage we offer a wide range of mechanical repairs including engine rebuilds and preparation. We cater for domestic, road race, competition, classic, American and drag race cars. Paul is well known in the drag racing community and is a builder of a championship winning race car, winning the KC memorial supercup (York Raceway) from 2013 to 2016.
The garage is a fully equipped, modern workshop with full in-house machining/manufacturing facilities which enables us to create one-off, custom components or carry out bespoke modifications to customers requirements. We also have electronic diagnostic equipment which caters for most cars.
