- Gemma Cobb Review added: 2018.10.18★ ★ ★ ★ ★After a ridiculous experience with a Hartlepool taxi company (navigation), I booked a taxi from Binks. It was cheaper for them to come to Billingham to get me than it was to get a Hartlepool taxi.
Lady who answered the phone was cheerful and helpful.
Friendly, efficient, safe driver.
He was quite early and rang when he arrived. I explained how early he was and he apologised and said he would wait till I was ready and to not hurry.
Would highly recommend. If I wasn't in the process of buying a car I would definitely be ordering my taxi through these guys again. - Rach M Review added: 2017.12.12★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Cheap but unreliable. I booked to go to the train station and was waiting 20 minutes for the driver, nearly missed my train. Thanks to the new app I could see that the driver who was supposedly only 2 minutes away was stationary at Station Road for most of that time, until I finally got on the phone to him and as if by magic the taxi began to move towards my house!
Most of the time they're fine but a couple of their drivers are really lazy.
